GOOPY GOOP RECIPE
2 Cups Red Wine Vinegar
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Dried Basil
2 Tbsp Dried Parsley
2 Tbsp Dried Rosemary Leaf
2 Tbsp Poultry Seasoning
2 Tbsp White Onion (Chopped)
Whisk eggs and oil until well combined, yellow, and foggy.
Mix in all remaining ingredients until combined.

Procure all ingredients
PREP:
Thaw turkey four (4) days prior in refrigerator
Preheat Grill to 350°F
Make Goopy-Goop
Prep Turkey on roasting rack/pan. Drain juices
Generously coat turkey with Goopy-Goop
Add 2-4 beers on bottom of pan
Place in grill [350°F] for 10 min
Every 10 min fully coat the turkey with a fresh layer of Goopy-Goop
Remove turkeys at 170°F
Wrap in foil for 15 minutes and let rest
Carve turkey
